This policy applies to all employees, management, contractors, vendors, tenants, and other stakeholders associated with Gaysorn Group. We also expect our business partners, service providers, and suppliers to uphold these principles throughout their own operations.

3.7 Remediation and Grievance Mechanism
We provide accessible and confidential grievance mechanisms to ensure any concerns related to human rights are reported and addressed effectively. In the unlikely event that human rights violations occur, Gaysorn Group will provide or cooperate in remediation through legitimate and appropriate processes.

Governance and Accountability

The HR Department, together with the Human Resources Committee, is responsible for ensuring the implementation and compliance of this Human Rights Policy across the organisation. Managers at all levels are accountable for promoting awareness and upholding these commitments. Regular training and communication will be conducted to embed human rights awareness into our organisational culture. Gaysorn Group will review and update this policy as needed to reflect new laws, best practices, and business developments.

Reporting and Transparency

Gaysorn Group is committed to transparency and will incorporate human rights progress into our sustainability and ESG disclosures. We will report on key issues such as labour practices, DE&I, and stakeholder well-being annually.
