How do I become The Gaysorn Legend Member?
Becoming a member is easy and complimentary. Simply register via the Gaysorn Village LINE Official Account or at any of Gaysorn Concierge counters to become The Gaysorn Legend today.

FOR EXISTING MEMBERS
Do I need to register again if I am already a member of Gaysorn Village?
No additional registration is required. Your membership will automatically transfer to the new The Gaysorn Legend, reflecting your spending at Gaysorn Village from the past 365 days.
Your accumulated spending during this period will be honoured in The Gaysorn Legend programme. Simply login to The Gaysorn Legend via Line Official @gaysornvillage with your registered phone number to view your updated profile from 13th January 2026 onward.

How do I maintain my ‘The Gaysorn Legend’ Membership tier?

When does my ‘The Gaysorn Legend’ membership expire?
The Silver Legend membership status does not expire.
Meanwhile, The Gold Legend and The Platinum Legend membership statuses are valid for one year. The company reserves the right to review and adjust a member’s tier status based on point collecting and redemption in accordance with the company’s terms and conditions.
Example:
If you become The Platinum Legend on 20/04/2026, your status will remain valid until 19/04/2027. If no point accumulation or privilege redemptions are made within 1-year period, your membership status will be adjusted to The Gold Legend for one year.
And if you become The Gold Legend on 20/04/2026, your status will remain valid until 19/04/2027. If no point accumulation or privilege redemptions are made within 1-year period, your membership status will be adjusted to The Silver Legend automatically.

· Receipts must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
· Only official print out receipts are accepted. Invoices & hand written receipts are not valid for Point Collection.
· All details on the receipt must be clear and visible.
· Receipt verification and point crediting may take up to 24 hours or 1 business day.
